When to Reorder PDF Pages
Rearranging PDF pages is useful when a scanned document has pages in the wrong order, when you need to reorganize a presentation after combining content from multiple sources, or when you want to delete irrelevant pages from a large document before sharing. Legal professionals frequently reorder exhibits, and students reorganize study materials.
Our tool provides a visual drag-and-drop interface with page thumbnails. You can reorder by dragging, delete unwanted pages with one click, and undo deletions.
Using the Page Editor
The tool renders thumbnails using PDF.js and applies reordering using pdf-lib. Drag and drop thumbnails to rearrange — the order updates in real time. Click the X button on any thumbnail to delete it (undo is available for deletions). The page count updates automatically.
When you click Download, the tool creates a new PDF with only the pages in your current order. The original file remains unchanged. All processing is client-side for complete privacy.
