How to Rearrange Pages in a PDF

A document with pages in the wrong order is worse than no document — a contract where page 4 follows page 1, a scan pile fed in reverse, annexes shuffled into the middle of a report. When You Need to Rearrange Pages

• Multi-page scans: documents loaded into the scanner tray backwards or out of sequence.
• Combined files: a PDF assembled from several sources where the section order needs cleanup.
• Version merges: someone merged an old draft and a new draft; now pages from both are interleaved.
• Unwanted pages: a stray cover sheet, blank page, or duplicate page that has no business in the final file.
